Nancy Sullivan, Vice President, Disability Income / Long Term Care Benefits.
Nancy has been in the insurance industry for nearly 28 years. She joined Trustmark as Director of Operations in 2000 and was quickly promoted to Assistant Vice President of Disability Benefits. She has a thorough knowledge of operations, marketing, sales, disability, systems and claim investigations. Prior to joining Trustmark, she was an officer for several of the largest providers of Disability Insurance in the United States.
  Robert Swan, 2nd Vice President, Disability and Long Term Care Benefits.
Bob has 20 years of industry experience starting with one of the largest providers of individual disability in 1982. He joined Trustmark in 2001 as Director of Claims, and now leads the Trustmark Disability Advisors dedicated team of Claim Managers. He has earned the professional designation of Associate Life & Health Claims from the International Claim Association and is a graduate of Northeastern University.
  Howard Fixler, MD, Medical Director and Second Vice President, Long Term Care and Disability Income Benefits.
Dr. Fixler joined Trustmark in 2008 after serving as Medical Director of Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital from 1987 to 2000 and subsequently as Chief of Medicine from 2000 to 2008. He has extensive experience in medical and rehabilitative care of the acute and chronically disabled with a focus on maximizing functional and vocational independence. His Long Term Care experience includes clinical practice with the Geriatrics Group both at Fallon Clinic and the UMASS Memorial Medical Group in Worcester.
